Jacqueline Van Bierk is an artist/singer/songwriter & music producer. Host of the Gypsy Rebel Podcast, Ancient Yoga Teacher, Transformational Coach,Youtuber and mom to the coolest dog named BOLT.
My story (condensed version)
I grew up in a small town in east germany with big dreams of traveling the world. I rebelled and escaped communism, spending four nights in a refugee camp in Prague with thousands of other freedom seekers, being part of the revolution that led to the fall of the Berlin Wall. After spending a few years in Hannover, Germany I took a leap and moved to the Big Apple where I started my pop metal band Otto's Daughter circulating the goth underground scene. A decade later I relocated to LA working with top notch producers, collaborating with talented musicians, playing every club on Sunset Strip and touring the US several times, including Warped Tour - DIY style.
After a decade in Hollywood, and taking care of my mom for seven months in Germany while she was going through some intense health problems which was right before and during the pandemic, I decided to go travel the US making my way back to LA, stay for a few months then pack whatever I can fit in my car, traveling the US again with my furry soulmate & travel buddy Bolt - visiting friends, exploring new places and ending up in Michigan by the Great Lakes, living the RV Life.
After dissolving my band I started my solo music project, released some NFT's and also reunited with a couple of my band members in 2024 playing several shows during NFT NYC. Besides new music, I build my Youtube Reaction Channel which surpassed 111K, and I'm currently creating my new channel and community with focus on Self-Empowerment, Holistic Health, Living the not so conventional lifestyle, Minimalism and Abundance, which is also home to my podcast HerGypsyRebel.
I work with several music libraries creating music for tv and social media. My music can be heard in many TV shows, including Catfish, Ink Master, Discover & History Channel, The OWN show and many more.
